"When I first met Kirk Brown and toured Handy’s facilities, it really hit me how much Handy does for the youth of our community. After I volunteered for a holiday party at Handy in December, just seeing the joy alone on all the kids’ faces inspired me to do more knowing what many of them go through. Joining the Nextgen team and being able to volunteer alongside other rising stars in our community while helping Handy's Youth was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made." - Eric Winn, Nextgen Member. Ready to make a difference? Visit the link in our bio to join Handy’s growing network of young professionals, aged 21-45, and learn how Nextgen supports our community’s Youth through volunteering, fundraising, and mentorship.

Although Juneteenth is a celebration of freedom for all, it's important to remember that our work isn't over. With your support, we can continue to remove systemic barriers and give our youth a fair chance at a better future.
