Branzino Fish & Gnocchi recipe! 🍽️
this dish is sure to tantalize your taste buds and leave you craving for more. Here's how to whip up this easy, healthy, and super tasty meal:
Ingredients:
Fresh Branzino Fish fillets ( from KOSHER FISH MARKET)
Gnocchi (store-bought is ok)
Cherry tomatoes
sliced garlic
Basil leaves
Olive oil
Salt
black pepper
Half a teaspoon of nutmeg
Preparation:
Sear the fish skin side down in a griddle pan with a little olive oil and salt.
Boil gnocchi in hot water with half a teaspoon of salt and then filter.
In a pan, put olive oil, basil leaves, garlic, tomatoes, salt, pepper, nutmeg and add the gnocchi, fry on a large flame for about 3 minutes, then place the fillet on the plate and the gnocchi and the sauce on top.
