Actually, this guest originally wanted to come in and get a perm. But I had to decline that service because her hair was already heavily processed AND she had a fresh sunburn on her scalp... it wouldn't be safe for her hair or skin to perform the service.

However, she really wanted a *big change* before her trip.... so I gave a couple of ideas as inspiration and we chose this one 😇
