When you work hard and they transfer that to the ones not working, this is control (for votes)

And this season of dwelling among their love that still smolders in the ashes of aging

And I fall asleep understanding what an honor I have been invited into

All 125 pounds of me called up into 100 pound woman’s arms and cried like a baby for a very long time.

She is still very cognitive and today was very hard.

I decided this morning to work on getting some stuff done around my house and I can’t always let the guilt if not rushing to church after traveling so much get to me

But I was cleaning and I heard the Lord say so clearly if something causes you to see him cut it off. Remember, you can cut it off or on.

The Bible says if your eyes pluck it out your arm cause you to cut it off whatever it is it keeps you in your sin patterns and it’s a pattern for you cut it off just cut it off. It really is that easy.

I used to pray for God to change him.....the carpet on my floor was wore slap out. Then I asked God to change me....He did. He gave me courage to leave.

He stole everything, even his own kids college....that's appalling. Even had the audacity to post how grateful he was to God...afterwards.

"By definition a crevasse is defined as a deep crack, especially one in a glacier. How apropos that Webster would choose such a depth filled word with so many connotations. However, lest I digress, this word in particular serves these women well with wonder as I divulge into the reason for their why. See most of them had been hurt pretty deeply yet chose a path of forgiveness not forgetfulness and with pain came a great levels of understanding and no judgement just abounding mercy and grace laughter and tears. Deep, deep wells of understanding wrapped in a smothering of kindness, warmed in a blanket of love. Over the lifetime of their existence in this place the warm summer sun basking upon their bodies in the river, the chilly cold winters kayaking beyond the great unknown to the birthing of Spring and chill of Fall, well child, like I stated, glacier was an apropos word. For see love does something that only love can do, it warms the soul child. It eats away at that ice berg until there is nothing left but sweet warm waters mixed with clay of their souls for the remolding and sharing its existence beyond the borders of this place. It sho nuf melted those hearts of those women right clean down to soft delicate flesh and man did their love over flow onto each others lives. Stripped down raw naked and unabandoned unashamed; and you child, you get the honor of seeing into their souls. So take note now and listen and learn. Many things happened in the crevasse and under the moon, many things indeed."

Thirteen plus years and its about time!

What I’m going to share is personal and intimate and quite frankly honestly necessary and hopefully it will get the attention of those who need to see it. Hear it absorb it and let it float through your mind.

MEN… you have been lied to. You have been told that your feelings do not matter. You have been told that when you share your feelings that you were being weak, you have been told that feelings makes you less of a man you have been told that crying makes you less of a man you have been told that you do not have hopes and dreams or goals. You have been told that you are not or tender or caring or anything inside or good and then you carry the weight in the burden of being a provider without sharing your heart and your words your fears your truth

99.9% of men medicate their feelings with drugs, alcohol, po*******hy you name it anything to self sooth, but what you don’t understand is like the Bible says there’s a way that seems right to you, but in the end it leads to death and it usually means the death of a relationship death of a friendship, death of a marriage, death of father child…

More than likely, not when a father does not talk to his son about feelings and responsibilities and communication when a father doesn’t talk to his children perpetuate the curse to the child

A mother can tell the truth and share her feelings and try to get the boys to talk in. My boys were allowed to talk. My boys were allowed to share their feelings and they were told the truth. It did not make them less of a man it made them more of a human to be loved adequately

So many times we get into relationships with people, and we struggle with addictions or medicating or whatever it is without talking to the other person, and then they have to find out and then the finding out when the confronted denial lying hiding all those things come out, which breaks down and destroys and kills the relationship and usually people are just sad. They got caught and they were doing it because they were honestly trying to self sooth

Disclaimer I’m not against drinking. I’m against drinking without moderation.

This is my father he died. I never knew knew him except for briefly here and there he was an alcoholic he beat my mother. He beat my brother. He would’ve beat me.

He never owned his life. He always blamed everybody else for his problems. He never owned his choices. He never took responsibility for himself and his choices.

I hate to say this as a Christian I am sad because I don’t truly know if he knew God and he went to heaven. I am thankful that man going around trying to hit women hit children numb out in bars numb out with drugs, cheating lying hiding deceptive manipulative man is no longer going around hurting others. Destroying their lives and the lives of others is walking on this earth.

It’s OK to cry. It’s OK to share your feelings. It’s OK when you don’t feel heard to say a little bit louder.
OK to walk away, especially when you’re feelings are not honored

Don’t walk away when you aren’t honored run until they are

This was my dad. He was an alcoholic child abusing wife abusing cheating lying soul who I heard but never witnessed turned his life over to Christ.

If you have Christ in your heart, you also carry the sorrow of the pain of knowing you hurt others

the words are, I’m sorry… I’m genuinely sorry can change the trajectory of someone’s life

You’re not in this world alone you were created to have a partner you just have to choose to listen to each other. Communicate authentically share your needs and desires, and learn to trust.

Remember everything in moderation

There’s time to let go, but when you let go all the time sometimes there’s no hope of you coming back
