As for me, I AM A HUGE FAN!

I have been working with Jill for over a year, focused on Yoga. What a difference this has made with respect to my flexibility! Jill is spectacular to work with, and I believe one of her core strengths is to meet her students “where they are” in their fitness journey. Whether working together in a one-on-one class or in a group, Jill is quick to point out alternative movements or positions when one “may just not be there yet” to perform the standards. This certainly puts those new to Yoga or Pilates at ease. I also invited Jill to a retreat in Spain that I hosted for two dozen people last summer, and she provided fitness sessions during the morning for my guests…whether Yoga, Pilates or a combination of both. The feedback was all the same…they loved the experience!

It's fair to say I have a healthy obsession with kitchen tools.

What's your go-to when it comes to meal prep? For me, it's the Ninja Blender food system! I got one for the holidays and I have to say, it's been a game changer. Easy to clean, so many functions.

It's a blender, food processor, and personal blender all in one! With its powerful motor and multiple attachments, I can easily blend my smoothies, chop my vegetables, make soups and sauces and even make my own dough. It saves me both time and effort, and I can't imagine meal prepping without it!
