✨Sunday Funday!!✨Nursery + Boutique is open 10am-2pm. For the Potting Bar, there are 5 seats left at 10am and then we can take more walk-ins up until closing! Highly recommend to call or message ahead to RSVP. If the table is booked when you come, hang around the nursery until a seat opens up & we will do our best to get you a potting station! 🤗🌿

For only knowing someone for such a short time, she was not only a team member but also became such a good friend! I know her next chapter will be the one that creates a beautiful path for her future. Autumn, remember you can do anything you set your heart & mind too! Always believe in yourself and you’ll go far! ✨We are hiring!!✨ Seeking a passionate and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Part-Time Potting Bar & Nursery Associate 🌿 As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in the boutique, workshop and outdoor nursery, helping guests plant arrangements at our potting bar and more.

✨Responsibilities✨
- Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service, including answering questions about plants, assisting with plant selections, and offering care tips.
- Operating the potting bar, guiding customers in creating custom succulent arrangements and terrariums, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Watering and caring for a variety of plants to ensure they remain healthy and vibrant.
- Maintaining inventory levels and assisting with restocking shelves and displays.
-Lead planting workshops for private parties and walk ins.
-Watering and helping maintain plant health in the boutique and nursery.
-Other duties as needed in the nursery and boutique.

✨Requirements✨
- Basic knowledge of plant care and identification, including common succulent and houseplant varieties.
- Experience working with plants, either professionally or through personal gardening.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Reliable and punctual, with a flexible schedule to accommodate weekly and weekend shifts.

Hours:
• Wednesday, Thursday, Friday *can be flexible
• Saturday & Sunday *required
• 25-30 hours per week
• In season, more hours will be available as we host more workshops and offsite events
