Science is really cool! A great article I read today for the "Science News" thing I do for the ACPL (Allen County Public Library).
It has tons of info on the: What, Where, When and Why this Eclipse is a kinda big deal.

Why the 2024 total solar eclipse will be such a big deal The sun will be very active during the next solar eclipse to cross North America, making it an excellent viewing and scientific opportunity.

The soccer quilt is up in the basement! I’m a former soccer official - the old legs needed a break!
We had all my jerseys (I gave away a few) made into a quilt and Seth Tyler Shaw stopped by to hang it for display. The creator did a great job - a very unique piece - she had never done one like this ! I had her make a document of provenance for the kids etc - our basement theme is sort of the opposite of rest of house - colors abound - sort of a Caribbean feel with our travel pictures and plants and a really big tv!

Bosco Tarzan got his Christmas present early! Yes - it’s a “dog stroller” Bozzie is getting a bit older and less mobile and he seems to like it. He loves to get out and about so hopefully this will make it fun!

When we were kids the milkman brought milk and goodies to a cooler on the front porch of the house. I wonder if nowadays with internet that would be a possible business that could come back ? Create a web based system…

Fort Wayne wants to help replace your lead pipes According to City Utilities, Fort Wayne homes built before 1937 are likely to have lead water pipes, and homes built before 1981 could have lead water pipes as well.

I was out dropping some big pieces of cardboard at recycling off Lima
Road and spotted a sign! Donuts!
Parlor Doughnuts sharing a building with a Pizza King. Scored 2 of their unique creations and very good!
Looks like I will have to get back to try coffeee and breakfast tacos and sandwiches.
