Anyone knows what I can do or where to report this kind of scam on FB?

I have this happened several times where someone took my listings and post it on FB or Craightlist or both for rent. If an interested party reached out, they would make them fill out application and scam the application fee and if someone asks them to see it, they would usually say they’re out of town and to go peak through the windows. Some people might go as far as submitting the security deposit. Severall peoplee called me about this. It also happened to a listing back in 2018. There may be many more we just don’t know about.

What can I do to prevent this to save some people’s money? This is terrible. It’s some people hard earned money. This much money is a lot to some people especially someone who’s trying to have a place to rent. People can be so cruel.

Congratulations to my brother and his family for closing on this huge house! The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and over 3,000 sq ft with major things replaced such as Roof and Windows within less than a year. They’re very specific on their purchase. #1 is to be close to me because he loves his youngest sister so much 😉😝 and #2 the house has to be two story on a basement and with a big yard. The size of this yard is close to half an acre. This house has most of the things they’re looking for even though it’s not perfect and only a block from me and very close to other family members!

I believe that if a house is meant for someone, it will go to that person no matter what. I tried to sell them this house before it was fixed and after but somehow they weren’t interested and didn’t go look at it after it was renovated. They were trying to buy another house but it fell through right before closing.
After I got buyer for this property and over 2 weeks past our closing date, I ended up selling this house to my brother for less than what I was selling to the previous buyers. Family is more important than 💰❤️ This is an example that when something is meant for someone, it will be theirs no matter what.

I’m so happy to have sold my investment home to my own family. I feel very attached to this house for some reason and didn’t really want to sell it. Now it stays in the family 🥰

CONGRATULATIONS to my new homeowners!! 🏡There are no words to describe how happy I am to be able to find them their perfect home. I wouldn’t say they’re picky but they know what they want, they stick to it and got it!

I’m so glad I connected back with them after so long and finally got the chance to help them find their loving home. It was tough looking for homes and competing with multiple buyers on many homes. They decided to give up and move to Indy where her sister is. The husband wanted brick home only in specific zipcodes. It’s hard to get it especially in this market. Then I found this home and showed it to them and they fell in love with the home instantly. It’s really amazing how things work sometimes. All their previous offers were over list price and they didn’t really like the houses that much. They loved this home and didn’t have to pay a penny over list price and instead I was able to negotiate to get 8k closing cost assistance from the seller!! It was a really great deal and HAPPY buyers!
