Yesterday afternoon we had the privilege of helping cut the ribbon on Headquarters as the Lead Architects on this tremendous project. This is a project we have loved seeing come to life and dramatically change the skyline of downtown Fort Wayne. Thanks to all the design teams involved!

Today Foster Park Pavilion #3 was officially re-opened! This particular project was something that took years in the making. We are happy to have brought this 1930’s WPA park pavilion back to its original glory! Many thanks to Fort Wayne Parks and Recreation, Friends of the Parks and South West Area Partnership for your collaboration!

We’re elated to introduce our latest architectural and interiors project: GK Cafe and Provisions. This newly renovated 2,400 SF space features Grace Kelly Baked Goods newest endeavor: GK Cafe and Provisions which opened shop late this past week. The new cafe + small scale market displays a variety of freshly baked pastries, breads, coffee and gelato. While serving as a cafe in the heart of downtown Fort Wayne, GK Cafe also fulfills a need within the area with fresh produce, staple foods, local delicacies from Fort Wayne and Northern Indiana, and various toiletries. Welcome to the neighborhood !

Some recent shots of our newly finished project for the National Headquarters located in Syracuse, IN. With the completion of this project the team can now enjoy new office spaces, a newly designed lobby, large lounge, separate breakout spaces for seminars and private meetings and outdoor collaboration spaces.

We’d like to say congratulations to Peter Franklin Jewelers on the completion of their project and ribbon cutting ceremony held yesterday at their new West Jefferson location! We’re happy to have been a part of this project and congratulate you on your new endeavors on the Southwest side of Fort Wayne!

As we complete some of our final walk-throughs and punch lists of buildings 21, 23, 23A and 25 at we can’t help but feel excited for our city to experience this amazing campus.

Progress of restoring Foster Park Pavilion #3 continues! This open-air, stone pavilion dates back to the 1930's and was a project under the Federal Works Progress Administration. We're excited to see its progress and for Foster Park and surrounding neighborhoods to enjoy its original beauty.

Peter Franklin Jewelers placed the last beam on their new West Jefferson location on Tuesday. Congrats to everyone involved! We’re happy to see this project set to be completed in the fall of 2022.

Allen County posts fifth straight year of positive migration stats Fort Wayne and Allen County remain among the region’s leaders in attracting and retaining talent. The county's population grew at five times the national rate in 2021.

Hoch went from two to four women in the office this past year and we couldn’t be prouder to have these strong females celebrated. Here’s to the experience of those with 30+ years and those new to the field. Happy International Women’s Day!

Construction at STAR Financial Bank Headquarters located at 215 W. Main St. is taking shape in downtown Fort Wayne!

The latest construction progress in the City of Fort Wayne! Two of our projects we're involved in are featured: Star Bank Headquarters and Riverfront at Promenade Park Apartments.

In addition to housing STAR Financial's headquarters, the Ashberry project includes a 387-space public parking garage. It's located just across Main Street from The Bradley hotel.

Accountant / Bookkeeper is responsible for overseeing Hoch Associates financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, weekly payroll and daily financial entries and reconciliations. The primary focus is handling the accounting and billing entries of Hoch Associates.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze and reconcile account balances and company bank accounts.
- Prepares and records adjusting journal entries.
- Verify and post accounts receivable and payable information.
- Maintain general ledger.
- Prepare financial statements, income statements, balance sheets, cash flow management
- Prepares Monthly Financial Reports.
- Assist with client statements.
- Works with Admin Assistant on final billing entries.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and year end closings along with financial statements.
- Payroll processing and payroll related benefits.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
- 4 + years of accounting work experience.
- Work with Hoch Associates accounting and billing software Deltek Vision / Vantagepoint.
- Training available for Deltek Accounting software.

Schedule:
- 30 hrs. week
- Flexible Hours 4 day work week
- Work days and times are flexible with approval but needs to be completed.

Major Developments in Fort Wayne Visitors to Fort Wayne may notice lot of construction. The barricades, scaffolding, and cranes can be hard to deal with, but they are all part of the city’s renewal as a point of destination.

Mayor looks ahead to busy year in Fort Wayne development projects 2021 is shaping up to be a busy year for construction crews in the Summit City. Work is set to begin, continue or finish on several projects around Fort Wayne.
