Earlier this month our Germantown, Wisconsin employees donated school supplies to benefit the School District of Waukesha. After supplies were collected, our team members were asked if there was any way we could help with their AVID program.

The AVID program (Advancement Via Individual Determination) is a college-readiness program designed to help students develop the skills needed to succeed in college. The supplies needed could get expensive for students. An additional email was sent to our Associated employees and the items were quickly purchased. ❤

The AVID students at Horning Middle School spent this past Monday putting together AVID binders. In all, the school district was able to supply 16 students with full sets of supplies.

Thank you again to all our team members who donated in our school supply drive at the beginning of the month. You have truly embodied our Core Values.

Field Service Manager Dave Walston took his team in Fargo, North Dakota out for a night of axe throwing at Rough Cut Social - Fargo, ND where they channeled their inner ⚡Thor🔨 💪with the finesse and coolness of that Turkish Olympic sharpshooter 🎯😎.

They also swinged it with a game called Hammerschlagen, where each person competed to hammer a nail into a block of wood with as few hits as possible, all without any practice.

We recently held online school supply drives for schools or school districts in the areas of each of our Solution & Support Center locations. In just a few days, our amazing team was able to fill 32 backpacks with much-needed supplies from each school’s Amazon wishlists.
