To All the Employees, Thank You for all the Hard Work this year - dealing with material list and delivery shortages/screwups. Spouses and Families, Thank You for supporting them when the weather gets extreme and less than pleasant. Our office doesn’t stay a perfect 72 degrees beyond a few days every year.

Thank You for putting up with a couple knuckleheads like Christopher Miller and I. From the bottom of our hearts, You are appreciated more than you will ever know.

From the struggles of our early days to where we are now, I never could have believed such a transformation. Blessed - Humbled - Inspired… These barely come near the mark.

It’s hard to believe but today we celebrate our 5th year of being in business!!! We are beyond humbled and thankful for everyone that has made Elite Heating & Cooling the success that it is. It literally started as a text message. We started out with nothing but an idea, a few old trucks and a fierce determination to bring Fort Wayne and surrounding counties honest, straight forward, quality HVAC systems.

We have grown to 8 full time employees, 4 trucks on the road and we currently have our eyes on a nifty little property that would triple our current warehouse/shop/office space because...well...quite frankly...we need it to accommodate our growth.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to everyone that has been a part of Elite Heating and Cooling...our customers, our new home builders, our vendors and suppliers, our accountants, our sales support...last but not least...our families and friends. We have built a large, loyal customer base. 95% of our repeat business is referral driven. We could NOT do any of this without any of you!
