The advice for homebuyers: If you’re facing some indecision when it comes to whether or not to make an offer, the 80% rule is a good rule to stick by. It means if a home meets 80% of your criteria, you should make a bid. List out 10 important features, and if they’re all of the equal priority then you can use the 80/20 rule.
