This right here is news you can use!!! Did you know that you can have your credit card maxed out up until the date that it is due. Find out when your credit card issuer reports the payment history. This is important because as long as you pay it before it gets reported, which is usually a couple of days after it is due... it will never show that you had a high usage. Therefore your score will continue to go up. After it reports you can use the credit card again.

Ok, so why are we on there? Lack of knowledge is the downfall of many people in the state of Texas. Not knowing the credit laws is why numerous collections are still showing up on your credit report. I would say " fun fact", but the reality is it's not a fun fact. It's a BAD fact. Did you know that you can get your medical bills deleted just by sending a validation request? Meaning they would have to send you proof that the debt is yours. And they cannot do that because that is a violation of HIPPA. So they have no other choice but to remove it!!! Simple.
