Michael Karol was born in Fort Worth in 1986 where he grew up until graduating from Arlington Heights High School in 2005. He then attended the University of Mississippi from 2005-2009 where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in geological studies. Upon returning to Fort Worth, he began a career as a petroleum landman focusing on executing mineral leases

In 2015, Michael launched his real estate career with Northern Realty Group, a boutique firm managed by former Fort Worth Zoning Commission Chair, Will Northern. In 2019, he joined Christie's International Real Estate with The ULTERRE group, where he spent over two years focusing on commercial sales and leasing across the Greater DFW area. He specializes in a wide range of property types, including land, retail, office, industrial, multi-family, and net investment properties.
Michael also founded KRES Property Tax Consulting and co-founded Fort Worth Abroad, a non-profit supporting study abroad scholarships for local students. Active in the Fort Worth community, he serves on various economic development boards and was the 2021 Chairman of the Society of Commercial Realtors.
