A basic cleaning is Simply a basic cleaning . There’s a difference between a move out cleaning and or deep cleaning .Just because you are moving out or have moved out but paying for a basic clean does not justify anything . Most Importantly you have to communicate everything that may be a issue inside your unit or home . Please don’t only mention or send pics when asked of basic things and wait til a cleaner arrives for a surprise You get what you pay for ‼️ we can’t satisfy everyone . Have a great weekend 😊
