· Wash and rinse according to the techniques learned during training and practice.
Use the optimal wash and rinse pattern to obtain quality wash job while conserving water and time.

· Help prepare with loading soap and checking proper operating of all equipment.

· Help set up the job site for wash operations including help prepare soaps and checking proper operating of all equipment.

· Cleans customer motor vehicles according to the customers or company’s specific instructions using various cleaning equipment, tools, solutions, foams and detergents.

· Details vehicles according to the high quality standards using various cleaning equipment, tools, solutions, foams and detergents.

· Inspect vehicles thoroughly after each clean to ensure it meets standards of quality of service established by the company.

· Maintain the proper functioning of all service tools and equipment.

· Reporting any damage, dent or spoil to the Supervisor.

Qualifications and Skills:

-Must work outdoors in different weather conditions through all seasons

-Work weekends is mandatory - work week is 5 days which includes Saturday.

-Must be hard working, dependable and reliable

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Monitors, controls and supports mobile fleet washing crews in the field to be sure they are executing tasks as they are required to and will be accountable for lack of quality of the services provided by the crews.

-Visit customer locations for quality control, make note of any improvements that can be made at location or any suggestions to up service.

-Draw a location map of customers yard. Truck staging areas, water source and recovery point. On first or before service.

-Perform weekly truck inventory of mandatory supplies in vehicles.

-Keep track of supplies and safety equipment needed for crews.

-Make quick fixes in the field.

-Train new employees and retrain current employees when necessary.

-Go over weekly schedule with Manager and Team. Communicate with everyone involved on any changes made to schedule.

-Promotes health and safety culture by enforcing established procedures and implements new ones proactively when hazards or near misses have been identified. Conducts and facilitate Safety Meetings.

-Mentor, coach, support and discipline crews in collaboration with Operations Supervisor and HR Manager.

-Always be prepared to become the 3rd man for a mobile crew if needed.

-Be on location with crew when given a Job they are not familiar with or have not done in a while.

-Maintain Field Supervisor log and turn in reports to President and Senior General Manager of Operations.

-Perform inspections on the trucks the first week of every month and work with shop mechanics on repairs needed for fleet or machines.

-Any other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-BILINGUAL REQUIRED (English/Spanish)

-VALID DRIVER LICENSE

-GREAT with PEOPLE!

-Acceptable driving record with no major violations in the past three years.

-Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and smart phones.

-Must work weekends and be flexible with last minute notices.

-Must have recent supervisory experience in a similar position for a minimum of 2 years.

-Mechanically inclined.

-High school diploma required.
