This past Saturday, Sandra made biscuits for breakfast. I like honey on my biscuits, but I don’t like the sticky mess it makes as it dribbles down the biscuit on to your hands and then your shirt! Then I discovered creamed honey from Family Blended Foods, m made right here in Fort Worth. Less mess and more taste because it comes in TONS flavors. A month ago, we added the Michel Designs Works line of Foaming Soaps and House Cleaners. Soap! What in the world is a Gourmet and Lifestyle store doing with soap? Well, I must admit, I like using the product. Sandra is always telling me to wash my hands, not that they’re always dirty, that’s just the type of person she is and let’s admit it, right now is not a bad thing to wash early and often. I got an early delivery of the Spruce scent, and I must admit, I’m washing more often. I like the smell and the soap contains shea butter and aloe vera, so my hands are softer too, not that’s a thing I was looking for. Our customers agree as well as the product has become one of our most popular at both the Ridglea and Roanoke locations.
