Hair created for who plays Mary Magdalene on . Liz and I collaborated together for how we saw Mary's look for the flashforward. Liz already has beautiful long dark hair, so the decision was made to make it even longer as she has been living in the cave for some time while writing. I found 28" extensions that I layered in and razor cut to blend. Went with a slightly lighter dark brown color to make the hair appear older. Then added the few silver pieces around her hairline to also show age. Very happy with how this turned out!

Ordered the photography book by and it's very well done. I love the pictures from set with photos from the actual locations in Israel to compare. It shows how much really makes the effort to be as realistic as possible to the architecture and geography of the land.

An amazing night in LA for Season 4 Premiere! Thank you to ALL in the hair department who helped make this season wonderful. I couldn't be prouder of what we accomplished. Key Hair Texas 3rd Hair Texas BG Coordinator Utah 3rd Hair Utah BG Coordinator and the many many day players who are also so important to the team. And a big shout out to the Paul Mitchell School in Provo, Utah who picked out the best students to come and intern one day. Such creative artists who helped design period Roman hair for a big scene in episode 1. So you MUST get your tickets for the the theaterical release this February 1st to see!!

Season 4 coming in 2024!
