This is one of our favorite snacks, because it looks innocent while being secretly indulgent 😜 It's all about the sauce. It's always been about the sauce. This made-from-scratch sweet & sour sauce is then sprinkled with crushed peanuts. You'd say, well.. it's just crushed peanut, right? But it's not just crushed peanuts. Those peanuts are deep-fried first and THEN crushed for your entertainment 😂

Someone can look at the sauce as just a standard off-the-shelf condiment like a Ketchup packets when ordering fast food. But we look at it as something worthy of perfection. We spend time on it. And you know what? You can taste the difference.

We have put on at least a couple hundred miles (with those gas prices) driving around North Texas, trying to find a supplier who has rice noodles. They are in very short supply and it's been like this for weeks now.

And earlier today, we scored big! Pad Thais FTW!

When we first started. We wanted to only do Thai curry and fried rice. We then leaned that folks in Fort Worth do t love curry as much as other items like fried rice (20x the searches for fried rice vs Thai curry). So, we changed plans.

We first started with appetizers but it wasn’t enough. Ultimately, we had to accept that the king must be seated at the throne. The Pad Thai is here.

Cashew Delight is essentially the YUM Garden but with more protein 🍗 than veggies 🥕 Either way, they are both a delight 🤗🤗

By protein, we don't mean that it has to be meat. We're talking cashew nuts, mushroom 🍄 etc Don't get it twisted, if your protein is shrimp or chicken, it comes correct 🍤

KA-POW 💪 That’s all I can see when I read or even write Ka Prao. But it’s fitting cause it slaps.. hard 🤣🤣

Thai food is all about the veggies and fruits.. not so much on the meat. But of course veggies in the sauce don’t taste boring anymore 😂

Tom YUM and Tom kha soups don't need an introduction, we like Tom Yums more, but if you want to add richness to it, coconut milk will turn it into a tom kha. A bit too filling if you want to eat something else 😂
