Job description
T2T Services, LLC is seeking an experienced, self-directed, accounting professional to join the team as a Accounts Payable Specialist/Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be able to interact with management, vendors, and customers. We rely on our trusted employees to help maintain quality relationships with our vendors and customers.

Duties:

Perform new vendor on-boarding activities; build/maintain positive vendor relationships, providing excellent customer service, work directly with vendors in gathering appropriate information for system set-up, identify and document vendor requirements and provide problem resolution for any issues arising during on-boarding period.
Validate business entity. Ensure accuracy of vendor information; input vendor banking and tax information, while maintaining accuracy of information and compliance of documentation such as W9's.
Audit invoices entered into AP and correct duplicate entries by communicating with the appropriate AP Associate.
Act as point of contact for vendor-related concerns; identify issues and conduct follow up by researching dispute, gathering information and providing problem resolution. Provide recommendations for minimizing future concerns.
Verify invoice information and conduct any necessary follow up with the vendor.
Review AP mailbox daily for vendor questions and respond to them within 24 hours.
Handle incoming phone calls and emails, answering and directing inquiries as needed. Escalate inquiries to leadership as appropriate.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
Answer phones and greet guests.
Create and maintain filing systems both electronic and physical.
Handle special projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Experience:

Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of computerized accounts payable is a must; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational skills; high level ability to solve problems; above average 10-key skills with high degree of accuracy; needs to be flexible and a team player. Skilled in the use of operating basic office equipment. Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures.
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience Required: One (1) year accounting and accounts payable experience. Experience with Quickbooks is a plus. Experience in transportation industry and PO system is a plus.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Perform duties with little or no supervision and in a timely and efficient manner.

· Perform all levels of preventive maintenance services on garbage trucks and truck and trailer equipment.

· Performs inspection, diagnosis and repair of electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake and air systems on vehicles and equipment.

· Must be able to work independently, safely, and assist other Techs when needed.

· Conducts safety checks on vehicles.

· Utilizes vehicle computer electronics systems to interpret failure modes to initiate or assign repairs.

· Estimates time and material costs on vehicle repairs and requisitions new parts.

· Performs all work within Standard Repair Times (SRTs).

· Standard technician owned tools are required.

· Major shop tools and diagnostic equipment is provided.

· Reviews, completes or assigns repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports.

· Maintains a clean, safe work area in compliance with Company / OSHA Standards and performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.

· Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor

· Willingness to travel as necessary, including out of state and overnight travel, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required.

Qualifications:

· 2+yrs recent experience with heavy duty trucks.

· High School Diploma or equivalent.

· Vocational/Technical or certification preferred.

· Strong communication skills, professional conduct and dedicated work ethic.

· Necessary tools to perform job responsibilities.

· Ability to work in non-climate-controlled conditions

· Must meet physical requirements of the position and have mobility, vision, hearing, and sense of smell and dexterity levels appropriate to the duties performed.

· May stand and walk on level and uneven surfaces, twist, bend, push, pull, crouch, climb stairs, bend and crawl, grasp, drag, lift and carry items weighing 50 lbs. or less.

· Must consent to and successfully complete drug screen and background check, which will include criminal history and motor vehicle record review.
