As summer temperatures rise, mosquitoes seek areas to rest and hide. Keep tall grass mowed in your yard to prevent mosquito breeding sites. Regularly maintaining your yard removes areas for them to lurk.

As mosquito season continues, remember to work with your neighbors. Assisting with mowing, removing of standing water, and other friendly-gestures can help collectively reduce mosquitoes in your neighborhood. For more information on mosquito prevention, visit www.fortworthtexas.gov/mosquitoes.
