I think so far I’ll be making a strawberry flavored/chocolate covered Rice Krispie treat, Oreo ball, chocolate covered caramel twisted pretzel, mini glazed banana nut bread Bundt cake, mini pecan pie muffin, funfetti ice cream cone cake pop…let me know what you’d like to see in the treat boxes. Working on some more macaron flavors. Today I added more pistachio and lemon.

Learning to make macarons is definitely a little trial and error, but I am really liking this flavor. I made a pistachio macaron with pistachio buttercream and white chocolate ganache. I made the pistachio flour and pistachio paste to go into these macarons and the flavor is so good!! Here’s a little of the process and finished product.

Chocolate covered vanilla Oreos and chocolate dipped strawberry wafers.

Experimenting with Rice Krispie flavors and this one is amazing. The Rice Krispie is infused with peach mango flavor and dried mango and the top is a pineapple chocolate. Tropical Rice Krispie treats.

Chocolate covered fudgey brownies with a cookie dough chocolate drizzle.

Fruity pebbles macarons with fruity pebble buttercream filling.

Who doesn’t love some chocolate no bake cookies?!

Mini lemon Bundt cakes with a lemon curd center and lemon icing.
