👉🏻HOW NOT TO SHOP IN THE GROUP - We hate even touching on this but we have to because...it has sadly become necessary. We beg you; Please do not abuse the privilege of the 5 hour secured invoice without payment. If you have more than 10 expired invoices on a consistent daily basis or 50 or more expired invoices within a week's time, you will be removed from the group and blocked from shopping on the mobile app & website. Further more, if you consistently add items to your cart throughout the day and then routinely remove them keeping them from other customer's, you could be removed from the group. It's not fair to customers that are shopping with intent to purchase and it throws inventory off. If you are now suddenly worried you may have accidentally gotten on our "naughty list", you most likely have NOTHING to worry about.

Please do not abuse the wait list option by adding numerous products of the same color, size, etc to your cart as well as to your wait list in an effort to keep item(s) you are wanting rotating into your cart preventing other customers from securing. When you do this it throws inventory off, frustrates other customers and flags your account. If we see a pattern, you will be removed from the group and blocked from shopping on the mobile app.

👉🏻WAITLIST INFO: Invoices are a first come, first serve basis and once you comment you have 5 hrs to pay before your order is automatically cancelled out! Items do always sell out super quick. In that case, we'll send you a waitlist invoice- this means if I'm able to restock (and we usually do restock within a week or two)or someone doesn't pay, we will notify you. Often spoken for invoices go unpaid and/or I am able to re-stock to fulfill more orders very quickly! 🙌🏻 Make sure to AUTHORIZE! I decide how much to restock based on AUTHORIZED waitlists. If you do not authorize, you'll land the leftovers from the restock. Authorized waitlists can be cancelled by you the customer at any time prior to the order being placed (when a restock lands).

👉🏻 WHY YOU SHOULD AUTHORIZE WAITLISTS(s): This is a great opportunity to be placed at the top of the line should your item become available! I do my very best to fulfill all waitlist authorized orders so this has definitely become a customer favorite to ensure your invoice is priority! You will need to sign into your CommentSold account to authorize. You will need to enter your credit card to ensure we have payment info however you will NOT be charged until we can confirm we have inventory to fulfill your order. You can remove authorizations at any time. PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE AN AUTHORIZED WAITLIST ORDER IS SECURED/PLACED, IT CAN ONLY BE CANCELLED IF IT HAS NOT SHIPPED YET AND FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.

👉🏻 RETURN POLICY -

RETURNS/REFUNDS: I hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't—perhaps it's a little too big or the style just isn't you, we are happy to accept it back within below policy! The most common reason for a return is that an item does not fit. I highly encourage you to try on your new item(s) as soon as you receive your package.

TPH Return Policy: TPH PERMITS RETURNS RECEIVED BACK WITHIN TEN (10) DAYS from the date of the original delivery confirmation for a full refund to original form of payment. NO EXCEPTIONS. There are a few requirements to note with the item(s) you wish to return:

· Items must be in original condition; No make-up or deodorant marks, free of smells (perfume, oils, cigarette, deodorant, detergent), un-altered, unwashed, and free of pet hair.

· If your item arrives with tags attached, TAGS MUST STILL BE ATTACHED when you return! If your item arrives without tags, staff has notes of that and you are not required to return with tags.

· Be sure your items are not FINAL SALE (see below for more information/qualifications)!

· As soon as we receive the item and it is confirmed to be in original condition and have met policy criteria, we will issue you a full refund. You choose how that refund is given - store credit or refund to your original payment method. If you do not select, staff will assume you are okay with store credit.

FINAL SALE ITEMS: LEGGINGS/JEGGINGS/PANTS/JEANS, BRAS, SHOES, JEWELRY PURCHASES, any items posted as LAST CALL SALE, SALE, WEEKLY STEAL, or FINAL SALE are all final sale items that may not be returned. KanCan, Sneak Peek and Judy Blue Jeans are an exception and are eligible for return (when purchased at full price).

PLEASE READ!! Items received 11-20 days after receipt of delivery confirmation will be eligible for a full store credit refund. Attempted Returns 21-30 days from receipt of delivery will be charged a minimum 50% restock fee and we will issue store credit for the remainder of the refund. If a return exceeds the policy of 30 days from receipt of delivery confirmation, we will notify you that your item is nonreturnable and offer the option to have your item sent back to you at your cost or you may opt to have us donate to a local women's shelter. Final Sale items are just that, FINAL! No returns or exchanges will be accepted. Please do not attempt to return as all Final Sale items will be donated without option for a return to sender. NO EXCEPTIONS; thank you for understanding.

DAMAGED ITEMS: Your satisfaction is very important to us. ALWAYS look your items over and try them on as soon as you receive them. If you receive an item that is damaged, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Please note that we accept reasonable replacement/refund requests submitted within ONE WEEK (7 days) from delivery confirmation. If we can replace your item, we will. If we cannot, you will be eligible for a refund.

EXCHANGES: If you are wishing to exchange an item, you will need to purchase the new size/item(s) you are wanting. Once we receive the item you wish to return, you will be refunded per above.
