Game Theory Restaurant + Bar is an exciting new concept. Our #1 focus is on the customer experience. Our vision is to create a community environment where friends and family can enjoy a game night filled with laughter and fun.

Our menu is centered around gourmet pies, comfort-style dishes, and specialty craft cocktails. There is something for everyone, including gluten-free and vegan options. We strive to produce food that is high in quality and fresh.

Our flagship food items are gourmet pies made from our housemade pastry dough built on a flaky, butter crust. We make over a dozen pie combinations including classic pot pie fillings and unique flavors such as the Vietnamese Philly or Japanese Beef Stew.

The kitchen at Game Theory is filled with passionate cooks and chefs who believe in creating delicious dishes that will knock the socks off our customers.

This position requires determination, attention to detail, and humility.

Responsibilities Overview

Prepping vegetables, protein, sauces to ensure successful service
Ability to work multi-task and handle more than one station
Maintain an organized walk-in cooler and individual station.
Have strong knowledge of current recipes and willingness to learn new
Follow process and procedures and suggest improvements if needed.
Communicate with chef and sous chef on a regular basis regarding needs of the kitchen.
Clean and break down the kitchen nightly.
Must be able to work weekends.
