In a national survey, people rated getting a relaxing shampoo as their favorite part of getting their hair done. Novak has put this amenity as a forward part of our guest experience. Our Shampoo Team is trained on-site to shampoo in the signature Novak Method of shampooing. As a fast paced and high volume salon, we are looking for highly motivated people to join our salon family and help grow the experience we offer to the guest who visits our Luxury Solo Artist (stylist). With 70+ independent stylists, we can help maintain a higher level of care with the help of people like you.

If you love taking care of people, making experiences memorable, and working in a high paced environment this might be the right move for you. We work hard to create a fun and drama-free work environment that supports growth and encourages a work-life balance.

This position is paid hourly plus tips. With a base hourly of $9.75 an hour, On average our shampoo team brings home between 18-23$ per hour after tips.
