Please bear with us today as we are being affected by the National Phone outage. We cannot reach our crews that are in the field because they have no Wi-Fi access. They will return calls and texts as soon as they have access again. Thank you all so much!
With the cold weather looming, we thought we would reshare these helpful tips for protecting your equipment!
If you find yourself without water during these cold temperatures, try doing these things:
1) Turn your breaker off.
2) Make sure you have a heat source at your wellhead and your tank, as well as any other pipes that may be exposed. Nothing too hot that may melt your pipes or wire.
3) Once you have trapped heat around your wellhead and at your tank, give it some time to defrost and kick your breaker back on. (This can take several hours, depending on your heat source and the weather conditions). If no water flows, turn your breaker back off and give it a little more time.
4) Once your water is back on, leave the heat source at your wellhead and your tank and keep a steady stream of water flowing in order to keep your pump cycling.
Stay safe and warm friends!!
