The distillery is located in historic Downtown Fort Worth in what used to be the notorious "Hell's Half Acre" red light district - "The Acre" if you were a local. From the late 1860s until Prohibition in 1920, the Acre hosted guests like Butch Cassidy, the Sundance Kid, Wyatt Earp, Doc Holiday, Bat Masterson and Longhair Jim to name a few. Today we host a more savory lineup, featuring our award winning collection of spirits!

Available every Sunday at 1:00pm and Thursday at 6, The Acre is now offering Whiskey Blending Sessions in our Barrel House! Sample 4 whiskies, receive blending instructions and let the blending experience begin! If you love your new blended creation The Acre will bottle and private label it for you!
Blending Session whiskies to experiment with will include, but are not limited to:
Sunray Texas Corn Whisky, Acre Texas Single Malt, Acre Texas Rye, and Texas Smoked Single Malt whiskies.
Each session will take an hour.
Cost per session is $25.00 per person. Cost per blended bottle is $50.00.

Our Burns Day Cheese Pairing is just about sold out so we’ve decided to extend it into Friday as well! The 5:30 and 7:00 Tour & Tasting will both feature artisan cheeses paired with limited edition whiskies (or all your other Acre favorites if you’re not a whisky person)!
