One of my favorite ice cream flavors growing up was Vanilla Bean. While I’ve always thought of vanilla as good but *boring* (sorrrrry Sugar, Sugar fans!), vanilla bean is on a level of its own. Vanilla beans add extra richness to Beanie Baby, one of my favorite cakes I make. Do yourself a favor and try this simple, but luxurious, vanilla bean cake!
