**Today's Class Recap:**

🔥 We had a special request to focus on those thighs today, and we delivered! 💪

🏃‍♂️ We kicked off the early morning session with a mile run to get the blood pumping.

🌄 At 8 AM and 6 PM, we conquered the Goat Trail together—challenging, but worth every step!

🧘‍♂️ Wrapped up with some mobility work to keep those muscles limber and strong.

Great energy all around—amazing job, everyone! See you in the next session. 💥

**July Challenge Success Story!**

Last month, we had a challenge to do time under tension passive hamstring stretch for 2 to 5 minutes five days a week. I asked Chris Tognetti to take on the challenge, and we took pictures before and after the four weeks.

In just four weeks, Chris went from never being able to touch the floor in a standing fold to now being able to touch her fingers to the floor! This is a fantastic achievement, and I am super proud of her for taking on the challenge and making such impressive progress. We will work on relaxing the shoulders.😉

**August Challenge Announcement**

Get ready for our August Challenge! 🌟

Here's the plan:
- **Run a mile** on **Monday, Wednesday, and Friday**.
- **Attend Fit Camp** on **Tuesday and Thursday**.
- On **Tuesday and Thursday**, **run a mile** before or after class.

Last time we did this challenge, it was a huge success and everyone loved it. Whether you jog or walk the mile, the goal is to stay active and have fun. Let’s make this month even better!

Here at Results Fit Camp we have it all!

Traditional calisthenics such as push-ups, lunges, squats, circuit training, running, squat jumps and other high intensity aerobic bodyweight movements.

Strength and endurance using dumbbells, TRX (suspension bodyweight training), ropes to climb and the unique setting of our lovely park where we use the beautiful outdoors, figure 8 course, bleachers & other park grounds.
