At this residence . I power washed their whole pad and bricks and did a refresh and laid two inches of black triple shred mulch

I installed a sink at a wet bar on a saltwater pool with the drain. They requested just cold water.

I pulled down the gutter and all the flashing and the soffit I installed a new facial board new facial covering soffit. And prepared it for guttering for The gutter guys. I guess the round door old house. Or I would have put this one up

I replaced the inner guts on this outside sealcock, spigot, outdoor hose valve. Whatever you want to call it. And fully replaced the other one

Fix the hanging gutter.

Up here at shear image. I redeemed all the scenes of the rubber roof. And laid down three coats of white rubberizer to seal it.

Well, wensdays. I got a chance to patch a roof on a garage. Wheater finally broke freezing.Felt sorta bad for her, two other people just tossed shingles down right on top and didn't inner lay them. elderly and on a fixed income.i removed all the old and new shingles and fix the hole in the roof were the tree feel on it and tore a hole in the osb board and then Reshingled.

Just got home. Thanks my lil bro helping out . We laid a new kitchen floor and vinyl and trim. Forgot to take pictures of before and after. Lol. Long day.

Signs up!!! Open for business!! I started 2 years ago. I purchased the wigwam bar at a sheriff's auction. With a dream to open a business. I renovated part of it as my home. Then I started working on my shop. Being a Hands-On learner and the enjoyment of building things. I was taught from age 10. That's my first rebuilt my first lawn mower engine. then off to build a pole barn style building out back at my father's house with him " all 3 of us kids lol". Then my dad taught me how to wire the house to the garage. And then how to wire up the whole shop. I've always wonderedon how things are build and work. So it gave me a drive to learn. so I took a lot of things apart in my younger years. Just understand mechanics of things. Now I have over 20 years experience. From the smallest project to the largest.

I stopped by Clark. And disassemble the top left door hinge. I took it to my shop, drilled out the old brass ring that was worn. I fabricated a new ring. Then pressed it inside the hinge . Then reinstall it. Thanks for the business. Anytime day or night you can call upon me

The toilet leaked. it end up sinking to the right two inches into the floor. So I replaced the floor and install the new toilet.

Me and my son restored and refilled to this pool table for us and family get together. We broke the table in for the first time on New Year's for the most part
