The .03 diameter is such a versatile diameter. The fine fibers allow you to customize your own diameter to create the most natural classic sets to the most bold Mega Volume sets without the weight of other diameters.

I just had to spotlight this under eye shot to showcase how expertly applied these extensions are. They may look like they’re touching the lash line, but they are always 0.05-1mm away from the lash line.

Lash extensions require perfect application and expert discretion from the Artist when choosing the proper weight, length and diameter to use in comparison to what each of your clients individual natural lashes are showing you that they can healthily hold.

Let’s please give the Lash Industry a high standard reputation and make sure that you are always checking for stickies at the end of each set to promise client comfort and damage free lash extensions. The natural lash and the extension that it is attached to should always be moving freely - away from any skin and the other extensions that sit beside it.

You can use the fastest drying .3 second - .5 second adhesive in the world, but with clients who have low porous to nonporous natural lashes - your adhesive will not dry in the amount of time that your adhesive is formulated to because the natural lash cuticle is not open enough and is resistant to absorbing the adhesive slower than clients who have medium to high porosity natural lashes.

You can use The Lash Bonder™ in place of primer or use The Lash Bonder™ on top of The Lash Primer™ to help the adhesive attach to the natural lash and cure faster for clients with low to nonporous natural lashes.
When you do this still be sure bond again after each lash set.

You can also use an alcohol based primer to help open up the natural lash cuticle so it can absorb the adhesive and attach and cure in the proper amount of dry time that your adhesive normally would for clients who have medium to high porosity natural lashes.

Low to non-porous lash clients are already predispositioned to naturally struggle with their retention due to their genetics.
Doing this will not only help speed up your lash time, but will also give your low to nonporous lash clients the best retention they’ve ever experienced!

The most commonly seen mistake with lash aftercare is believing that avoiding water on or around the lash extensions will make the lash extensions last longer.
This could not be the furthest from the truth.

Just like the hair on your head gets greasy, your natural lashes do too!

Natural oils, sweat, makeup and skin care product build up on your lash line can be detrimental to your lash extension retention and natural lash growth cycle.

Build up of any sort will weaken the adhesives bond between the lash extension and your natural lash, resulting in the lash extension loosening it’s bond and falling off without a natural lash attatched to it or your natural lash prematurely falling out with a lash extension attached to it due to a clogged, dirty and weakening hair follicle.

Your Lash Artist can only put an extension on what natural lashes are there so in order for your Artist to give you the consistent coverage and fullness that you wan’t at every fill all starts with making sure that your natural lashes are consistently growing in strong and healthy.

Lash retention and lash health will forever be 50% the Lash Artists responsibility and 50% the clients responsibility.

We recommend cleansing your lashes 2x a day. Once in the morning and once at night and double cleanse your lashes just minutes before your appointment because remember - lash extensions don’t stick to dirty natural lashes!✨

She comes in for two week fills consistently and executes proper aftercare everytime.

Are you doing your part as a Lash Artist?

Are you still able to get your clients as full as the first day you did their full set?

Most Lash Artist can make their clients lashes dark and dense the first full set or the first few appointments before damage starts, but a Master Lash Artist can consistently give their client the fullness and density that they did at the very first appointment every appointment.
A real Master Lash Artist knows how to prevent natural lash damage by using their good judgment when it comes to the weight, diameter, length and glue amount of a fan compared to each individual natural lash.
When you have that natural lash isolated you will need to customize your fan based on what that natural lash is showing you it can hold.

At the end of your set, set your isolation tweezer to the side and use your spoolie to lift back the lashes so you can have easy access to that very most bottom layer where the baby lashes and stragglers lie.
Don’t let these lashes go unlashed!
Make the smallest, tiniest fans if you need to.
It may seem like it’s no biggie, but I swear it’s these lashes that will overall help serve the darkest deepest eyeliner effect mega look possible!

Direction is 🗝️ when placing an extension on the natural lash.

You should always be placing extensions at a 90° angle even if the natural lash is pointing in the opposite direction.
When you do this, the set will look exceptionally more clean and uniformed.

Learning different ways to lash wrap will keep your extensions continuously at a 90° angle while lashing.
Learn how wrap from the sides of the natural lash and underneath the natural lash.🎀

During the consultation asses your clients genetics, current health standings and medications as these are all factors that may affect their shedding cycle and hair growth rate.✨

Educate your clients on the long term harm that trapped natural oils, sweat, makeup, and skin care products will cause their natural lashes from not thoroughly cleansing their lashes 2x day.
If they’re a frequent makeup wearer advise them to double cleanse their lashes at each wash to ensure they completely remove these debris so buildup doesn’t affect their retention and start to cause irreversible damage to their naturals.✨

Only work on lashes that were flawlessly cleansed just minutes before their appointment and then prime them accurately and accordingly.✨

Make sure that your fill times are set appropriately for the speed you’re comfortable working at without compromising your quality!
Your objective with fills should be to give your clients 100% lash coverage every time so they come back looking full for both their benefit and yours!✨

Apply a perfectly wrapped fan .5mm away from the lash line. Each extension should be intricately placed - looking like they are touching the skin of lash line, but in reality are not when you lift the eyelid upwards. Lashes should feel weightless, comfortable and always move freely.✨

Now go be a lash retention star!🌟

100% inner corner coverage will make or break your set.✨

Inner corners are the first ones we loose due to them being the shortest and sometimes the thinnest.✨

By making sure every last one of them is lashed, it will guarantee your client a full look throughout their two weeks until their next fill.✨

To gain easier access to these shorties you can use a piece of tape on the upper lid to stretch the inner corners out so they are more easily accessible to lash.✨

You can also use a micro swab to gently lift out any additional natural lashes that are still hiding.✨

We like to start off every new set or fill with lashing the inners so we can get the hardest part out of the way while we still have the most energy.✨
