We’re celebrating the coming of fall with our new basil pumpkin dish and for our curry lovers we have a tasty pumpkin curry. It’s perfect for those chilly nights ahead.

This month chef Patt is serving up “Sukiyaki Seafood”
Clear noodles sautéed in a spicy seasoned sesame soy bean sauce with scallops, shrimp, squid, fried cod, mussel, egg, napa cabbage, celery, onions, mushrooms, snap peas and carrots.

Chef Patt has got his creative juices flowing with latest culinary dish.
A Mango and pineapple curry with bell peppers, carrots, zucchini, basil leaf topped of with a crispy snapper filet.
And just to add a bit of euro chic’ he is serving it with spaghetti noodles! We think Marco Polo would approve…
