We've been working on our (V) Foccacia Breads for this weekend's markets.....these are just a few of the ones we're baking for tomorrow's Genoa City Farmers Market, Lake Zurich's Market from 3-7, Saturday's Elk Grove Village Farmers Market , and Woodstock's Farmers Market from 8-1, and Sundays Cary Farmers Market from 9AM to 1PM.

We were in Niles for the Expo show this Past Saturday, it was a great show, Thank you to everyone that came out and supported us! Don't forget to place your Holiday orders, Thanksgiving, and Christmas are coming up fast!

Pumpkin Spice is in the air, and we have Pumpkin Bread with Pumpkin Seeds, Pumpkin Muffins with a Pecan Streusel Topping, and even Pumpkin Snickerdoodle Cookies with White Chocolate Chips! Of course, we still offer the clasics too, .....Banana Walnut Bread, Double Chocolate Chip Cookies, and even Sweet Corn Cornbread Muffins, place your order today!

All of our baked goods and compound butter can be frozen. Our (V) Focaccia and Mini Focaccias are fully baked and can be eaten as is. Feel free to add your own cheese or other toppings to further customize your focaccia. We do suggest heating up the (V) Focaccias and Mini Focaccias at 375 degrees for somewhere between 6-12 minutes (Ovens vary, so your time may be different) in a toaster oven, regular oven, or an air fryer to crisp up the bottom and make everything warm. In the summer we love to put the (V) Focaccia on the grill for 3 to 5 minutes, the grill imparts a slightly nutty flavor to the bread itself and crisps up the bottom nicely.

We can put together muffin trays, brownie bite trays, and sweet dessert bread trays for your meetings and other events, ask us for details! We also ship throughout the country and our cookies and bread make great corporate gifts for the holidays or anytime.

Please note that while our (GF) Gluten Friendly items are baked with Bobs Red Mill 1 to 1 gluten-free flour, the commercial kitchen we use is not a certified allergen-free kitchen.

Happy Easter bread friends.

Braided Easter Bread, dough is proofing, and eggs are boiling .... We will have both with eggs baked in, and plain without eggs baked into the bread.

I am often asked what I like to make with our Black Truffle Compound butter. While I do enjoy a beautifully seared medium-rare steak with truffle butter melted over it, one of my favorite dishes is a luxuriously decadent, soft scrambled truffled egg breakfast served with toasted Black Truffle Cremini Mushroom Cheddar bread......
