Students participating in our 21st Century Program started their vacation flying over Gillette Stadium and Framingham! Seriously! This amazing opportunity was made possible through the collaborative efforts of our College Planning Collaborative (CPC) Club, and Norwood Airport's 'Dream Flight' initiative. Our first two student pilots were Andrew De Souza and Ibrahim Lari. Big shout out to them! I will be reaching out to families for the next opportunity.
Framingham High School Environmental Awareness Club Brings Multilingual Recycling Lessons to Elementary Classrooms
There were big smiles all around as Framingham kindergarteners proudly showed off a long, decorative chain made of reused toilet paper rolls. The craft capped off a fun lesson about recycling, designed and taught by Framingham High School (FHS) Environmental Awareness Club students. The kindergarteners learned how recyclable materials can be reused and that, if they work together, they can create something beautiful and save the earth while they’re at it.
