Our Story
This year, we are going VIRTUAL! The health and safety of our participants, volunteers, community partners, sponsors and employees will always be our top priority. With that in mind and an abundance of caution we have made the decision to host all 2020 Tour de Cure® events virtually. The 2020 Tour de Cure: New England Classic will take place VIRTUALLY on 08/16/2020 and we will NOT hold the event in person. The first ever virtual Tour de Cure offers you an opportunity to join us wherever you are to help keep our mission moving by raising funds for lifesaving research, education and advocacy. Learn more about the virtual Tour de Cure.
For this unique Virtual Tour, there will be no registration fees and no fundraising minimums. Anyone can join us--so be sure to invite your neighbors, friends, co-workers and family members to join you and to be #ActiveForLife!
The event format may have changed, but our mission remains the same: to prevent and cure diabetes and improve the lives of all people affected by diabetes. COVID-19 has made us stronger and we will continue to fulfill our mission. We hope you will join us by participating in our virtual Tour de Cure and contributing in any way that you can to help the 34 million Americans who are living with diabetes. Our Heartfelt Gratitude, Your 2020 Tour de Cure: New England Classic Team.
