I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to inform you of an important change. As of August 30, 2024, Mindful Infusions of Tennessee will be closing its practice. However, I am excited to announce that I will be joining Tennessee Ketamine & Wellness Center (TNKWC) on September 9, 2024. At TNKWC, I will continue to provide the patient-centered, evidence-based care that you have experienced here.

TNKWC shares the same philosophy as us around focusing on the patient experience in terms of being a concierge-minded practice that offers accessibility and convenience. It will now feature both myself and Dr. Randall Malchow, along with his caring and compassionate Patient Care Team. I have known Dr. Malchow for many years, and he is highly respected in our community and an expert in the field.
