I am now a certified provider with Tricare! I am excited for those in the military community to be able to use their Tricare benefits when they are seeing me!

I recently became a provider for Star Behavioral Health. This network is specifically for veterans to get linked up with a counselor who is trained to provide services for our military. I have officially nailed down office space in Nashville! Beginning October 1 I will be accepting in person appts! The office is in the Grassland area - a few minutes north of Franklin, a few minutes west of Brentwood, and about 30 min from downtown Nashville. The space needs some TLC but at least I have trash cans! FYI still doing video appts w anyone in TN, SC, or FL!

Co-leading a workshop for the medical group at Maxwell Air Force Base. The title of the workshop was "How to Stay at Your Best When Your Day is the Worst." We covered the importance of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
