A BIG win for equity last night. Huge thanks to Max for his continued advocacy!
This a big win for low income residents of Franklin! Thanks to the Town Council, and Assistant Town Administrator Amy Frigulietti for putting a lot of time and energy into making this happen! The Town also decided to eliminate late fees for the library which can disproportionally impact low income residents. I hope to keep on advocating for the needs of low income residents, as well as all residents who feel like they need a stronger voice in the process.
Another MEETING NIGHT tonight with Economic Development Committee at 5:45 and full Council at 7.
