Alteration of existing deck. Old painted wood decking, railings and stairs were removed and replaced with composite materials. The existing deck frame was modified to bring up to current building code.

Small and simple Versa-Lok retaining wall built to replace a 40 year old wooden wall. Although lacking the character of stone, the clean lines VersaLok walls can provide a major upgrade in appearance and utility to a property.

Outdoor living space consisting of a custom kitchen, fire pit, walkway, plantings and a shade structure. This project was built on top of an existing stamped concrete patio.

Stucco Outdoor kitchen built onto an existing (reinforced) deck with custom imported granite countertop. Also included in this project was a small putting green and sod lawn expansion. The front walkway and landscaping was installed by Lyon Landscape in 2010.
