Sending a huge shoutout to Justin Labombard from our agent, Donovan Logistics, on being named a Van Operator of the Month for March. He has been in the industry for nearly 15 years and continues to provide outstanding customer service alongside his son, Randy.

Justin enjoys the variety of experiences that accompany the job. One of his favorite deliveries was to the Ronald Reagan Presidential Museum where he got to go aboard Air Force One. We appreciate all you do, Justin!

Full time, permanent entry level customer service position.
This will be an in person, in office position at our Franklin, MA location.
Hours would be 8am-5pm, M – F, with an hour break for lunch.
There is potential for overtime work as well, but it is not mandatory.

Primary responsibilities:
Provide support to our sales team and interface directly with clients to provide top tier customer service.
Coordinate with sales team & operations department to provide transportation quotes to clients.
Order & data entry / shipment tracking / spreadsheet maintenance.
Preparing shipping documents, updating our management system, notifying clients of order status.
Securing delivery documents with proper signatures, closing out orders for invoicing.

Benefits include health / dental / vision insurance, 401K with company match.

Donovan Logistics is a proud partner of BlueHive exhibits and moved this awesome booth out to SEMA in Vegas.

This week Donovan Logistics played a huge part in relocating some priceless artwork from First Art Museum in Nashville, TN to the National Museum of Fine Arts of Quebec in Quebec, Canada.
Pablo Picasso’s exhibit “Figures” was moved using two of Donovan Logistics father/son teams pulling state of the art climate and humidity-controlled trailers.

Due to value of the artwork they were loaded on separate trucks to begin their 1234 mile overnight journey on staggered days. The first team of Justin and Randy Labombard loaded on Monday for delivery on Tuesday with a security chase car following our drivers for the journey. On Tuesday our second team of Andre and Andrew Orlando loaded and proceeded to Quebec also with a security chase car following for the duration of the trip. Both of the teams delivered the following day after loading and the staff at the National Museum of Fine Arts of Quebec were very happy with the service that Donovan Logistics provided. The staff now must uncrate and hang all the paintings and prepare for the exhibit to open on June 12 and run through September 2021.

This exhibition offers an in-depth look at Pablo Picasso’s career-long fascination with the human figure as a means of expressing a range of subjects and emotions. Featuring approximately 75 paintings, works on paper, and sculptures, Picasso.
