We are pleased to announce that we are offering a two-day CCAR Ethical Considerations for Recovery Coaches Training at the RUCC. The training takes place on June 24-25 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. This training costs $100 and has been approved by MCBAP for 16 specific contact hours. Children's Education Program Coordinator Daniella Keith was blown away at the kindness of the students in Mrs. Billings' second-grade class at Merritt Academy in New Haven. They gave Daniella handmade cards, thanking her for facilitating the Paper People curriculum over the past weeks.
Paper People is a school-based program designed to change society's pattern of alcohol and to***co use by providing introductory information and skills before the age of experimentation.
Just a reminder that the new Youth Peer to Peer Meeting starts today for youth ages 14-18 at the RUCC.
