If youāre looking for a stuffy, never curses therapist, Iām sorry I cannot help. Professionalism matters, but in the end, I am here to cultivate a space where you can unapologetically be yourself, whoever that is and whatever that may look or sound like. The women I meet withā¦they donāt need any further judgment or condemnation than they already receive daily. If you need to talk, Iām here.
You are the expert on your own life. No therapist should make you feel like you arenāt. I always invite clients to ask questions, challenge me, and have thoughtful discourse. If your therapist isnāt inviting you to do so, or making you feel uncomfortable, find a therapist who respects your right to self-determination and individual needs. Need help? Letās talk.
Soon I will be providing services to Maryland!
Give yourself grace and time. Letās work together on your goals. You can do this!
