This is one among many objections photo booth operators receive on a daily/weekly basis. As an operator, imagine you being in the client's shoes, eventually you’ll understand it makes perfect sense. As the expert, your duty is to educate your clients about the service and the value addition it’ll bring to their event.

Below are some of the tasks and expenses included in each package listed by any professional 360 Photo Booth operator out there:

- Overlay design: A professional overlay can take a minimum of 1h to design (using paid applications such as Canva ) before having it reviewed, then approved by the customer.
- The Application: a typical and professional application costs minimum $50 /week.
- Test equipment: to avoid last minute surprises, we’ll be simulating the event a few days before.
