When the light on the inside is shining brighter than ever on the outside 🥰 While the woman on the left is still beautiful, still worthy, still lovable - she was TIRED, depressed, and felt so disconnected to her body. I NEEDED a change so desperately across the board a year ago. A mind, body, & SOUL kind of change, and I wholeheartedly attribute a huge part of this transformation to HOTWORX changing everything in my world. 🥹

As someone who has always been active and very passionate about health & wellness - keeping a positive mindset a year ago was brutal because I had fallen off my routine and just overall discouraged... BUT, that little voice inside (my inner warrior) said - "Lisa, just try again, JUST SHOW UP, BE OPEN to the possibilities of what is possible and believe you deserve to feel at home in your body & feel proud of yourself.. release what no longer serves you. " That mind, body, and soul connection all started to click again the first time I closed the sauna door to a HOTWORX session. I remember tearing up after my first session & as it felt like literally years of stress melting away. The stress, the doubts, the self limiting beliefs every day since to become and truly embody that ray of sunshine girl on the right.

What you see is the physical transformation, but it's the transformation on the inside reflecting outwards I'm most proud of. Know this - we all start somewhere, and a lot of times, we start over again & again until we find what works best for our own overall wellbeing. I am here as a testament that YOU ARE CAPABLE and can start over. 20lbs & counting, stronger mentally and physically than ever at 35, and LOVE how good I feel - everyone deserves to feel this good. I love what I do & if you've read this far , I'm rooting for you, always. You got this! 💛✨️
