It has been a busy summer for Gallery 322 artist Ann Schaefer --traveling and painting!

These are a few details if you can schedule a bit of art this Labor Day weekend or through September:

Gallery 322 in Frederick---"People, Places and Things"
This show is open this weekend, and will continue through September. Ann's selections, about 10 in all, feature the places she has painted during the past year--Paris, Greece, Bruges, California, Maine and closer to home.

Ann is displaying a painting done of the historic Beall-Dawson house in Rockville. This show is always carefully hung and chock full of paintings, crafts and sculpture.

Ann has plein air paintings in the Landscape and Kensington sections as well as a bin of original oil panels, watercolors and gouache paintings. These are favorite paintings done in previous years, priced $150 or less.

This great group of 19 artists exhibits new things each month at Artists & Makers Studios. It is closed this weekend, but will open again next week, with a First Friday event 5-8 pm. Ann is showing 3 of her sunflower paintings.
