The person who picked up was one of their tow truck drivers and let me know that I could call in the morning and potentially get in right away, given my situation. He was VERY KIND!

The next morning, I did as instructed and called them first thing and they came to my sister's house to pick up the vehicle (the tow fee was far more affordable than Roadside Assistance!) got a diagnosis/estimate within an hour and had my vehicle back to operational by that afternoon! Every employee that I interacted with was incredibly kind, courteous, and empathetic to the situation and prioritized my needs, given the emergency. I'm very grateful to the entire staff at this shop and would highly recommend them to anyone in the Frederick area who needs assistance with their vehicle.
