Thanksgiving Leftover Casserole ala Friscos! This works great for freezing and quick storage after dinner. Take your 5 x 9 pan and place in layers as follows: Chopped turkey, Exploded Potatoes, Vegetables (green beans, corn, whatever your tradition is), and top with Stuffing & Gravy!! Bake (re-heat), and serve topped with Cranberry Sauce. If you have these pans ready, clean up is a breeze. Make two, freeze one. Relax! No crazy refrigerator stress!!! An extra pan and lid is only $1.00 extra with the purchase of exploded potatoes. Don't forget to order early to make sure you get yours.
