“I’ve been cooking for almost 45 years. We started in D.C. as a catering business around 2013 and then moved into our food truck operations. During the pandemic, fewer people were on the streets where the food truck was parked so we decided in 2020 that we should plan to open a brick-and-mortar store to bring authentic Italian food to our hometown of Frederick while still keeping the catering and food truck operations alive as other avenues to get our meals into the hands of our community.” - Claudia
