Most area shelters will tell you, it's daily that someone comes through wanting a small dog, yet most often, there are none available. Beast, 5.5 years, heard this and wonders why then people are not clamoring to adopt him. Beast is AMAZING with kids, cats and is doing wonderfully with the dogs in his foster home. Beast is house trained and craves human love and affection. Beast used to go on all the fun adventures and he'd love that again, as he is super social. Beast did come to us after he began picking on the larger dog in the home when she became ill, it was a hard decision but for his safety, he was surrendered. PLEASE SHARE, Beast wants a family to spend forever with and he says while he's thankfully never been a Father, he knows how awesome they are, and he'd love to have one to celebrate with tomorrow! Email [email protected] if looking for a good with all, small, outgoing, super sweet housetrained, great in the car, lovebug.
Pets, it turns out, also have last wishes before they die, but only known by veterinarians who put old and sick animals to sleep. Twitter user Jesse Dietrich asked a vet what was the most difficult part of his job.
The specialist answered without hesitation that it was the hardest for him to see how old or sick animals look for their owners with the eyes of their owners before going to sleep. The fact is that 90 % of owners don't want to be in a room with a dying animal. People leave so that they don't see their pet leave. But they don't realize that it's in these last moments of life that their pet needs them most.
Veterinarians ask the owners to be close to the animals until the very end. "It's inevitable that they die before you. Don't forget that you were the center of their life. Maybe they were just a part of you. But they are also your family. No matter how hard it is, don't leave them.
Don't let them die in a room with a stranger in a place they don't like. It is very painful for veterinarians to see how pets cannot find their owner during the last minutes of their life. They don't understand why the owner left them. After all, they needed their owner’s consolation.
Veterinarians do everything possible to ensure that animals are not so scared, but they are completely strangers to them. Don't be a coward because it's too painful for you. Think about the pet. Endure this pain for the sake of their sake.
Be with them until the end!

It's me again, Beast! I'll be 6 years young in October and am a Maltese/sh*tzhu. I've lived with kids, cats and dogs, and I'm doing great with the pups in my foster home. I did start picking on one of the older pups in my household when she became sick. I'm questioning my life decisions as had I stayed a good boy, I could still be at my previous home. I'm neutered, house trained and an overall pretty incredible guy. I'm great in the car and would love to find a new family, one with kids to play with would be awesome! Please email [email protected] if you think you might be my forever home, and if you just think I'm cute but cannot adopt, PLEASE SHARE THIS POST.
Absolutely
Now I have arrived at your home,
everything is strange, and I don't feel good.
Do not feel impatient
If i don't sleep in my newbasket.
Yesterday, I slept on a stone floor.
Do not be terrified if i gobble up my food.
Yesterday. I had to do it to survive.
Do not get angry if I p*e on your floor.
Yesterday, it did not matter.
Do not be sad if I am afraid of your loving hand. Yesterday, I did not have one.
Have patience with me, it's your world
but not yet mine.
If I trust you, I can give you the greatest
Gift Ihave to give..
My Heart ❤️
Please never forget, I was a pound dog
All I need, is a bit of time to adjust.
Benji is looking sad because he thought he had it made with a home and family but is sadly back at the Spotsylvania Animal Shelter. Benji is a very sensitive guy and would love the opportunity to show you how loving he is. He is currently confused and seemingly depressed. Benji will need a calm home with not a lot of chaos. He is good with kids but his last placement had multiple kids, livestock, a new puppy, and a not much time for training. He was crated often and is a very quiet boy. Benji does well with female dogs, but not with males. We'd love to see him adopted into a nurturing home and given the chance to blossom into a happy and confident pup. Please come meet him today between 12:00 and 4:00 in Fredericksburg, Virginia
