Labor Day Weekend 🇺🇸

Every summer we try to take mom to the beach for some R & R.

This year, she requested Labor Day weekend. We took advantage of being closed first Sunday of every month, Monday (our normal closed day) and Tuesday (extended day of).

We know how important to stay open, however, our time with our mother is too valuable to say no. This photo speaks volume on how we feel spending time with our mama.

HOWDY PS FAM!!! 🤠

We are a FAM RESTAURANT…so occasionally we post unrelated pho business. 🤪

For those that have been following our youngest, Grayson’s health journey. He is doing well!!!! Today he turned 10. 🥳 AND NEXT WEEK, we will be celebrating 2 years cancer-free. 🙏🏽

He requested to go out of state to celebrate his birthday. 🎉 We took a short trip to celebrate his health, and of course the big TEN. 🎂

We took our FIRST FAMILY HIKE. 🪨 Grayson did great with hiking…prosthetic and all. Many challenging moments, but with daddy’s help - he powered through. 💪🏽 During the hike, we challenge the kids to connect with God and nature. We asked them to take pictures from their perspective. Pick their top 3 and we are going to submit for a vote!

WONDER WEDNESDAY !

If it’s even a thing. 🤪 I can’t believe this was last month when we took our mama on her first cruise. And and and…with her kids and grandkids. Rolling 18 deep! 🥰

Deeply thankful for my dear friend, Shannon with Savvy Traveling for making it possible. She handled everything, all we had to do….show up and soak up all the fun. 🙏🏽 ZERO HICCUPS! She spoiled us, look at these cool shirts she made for us - very thoughtful. We made so many beautiful memories. ❤️

Her bucket is to spend time with all of her grandchildren. ❤️

We are nervous since we never close this long of a period. 😬 But it is important for mom, and we are going to make the best of it.
